We’re excited to announce the latest addition to the Chaeban Artisan family—a rich, creamy, and incredibly delicious cream cheese that’s been crafted with care and passion. After months of perfecting the recipe, our new cream cheese is finally ready to make its debut, and we can’t wait for you to try it!

Our cream cheese is everything you’ve been looking for in a spreadable delight. It’s thick, smooth, and boasts a rich, creamy texture that’s perfect for your morning bagel, as a dip for fresh veggies, or as a star ingredient in your favourite recipes. This cream cheese is made with only the finest ingredients and reflects our commitment to quality and taste.

You can find our new cream cheese in convenient 227g and 340g tubs at our store at 390 Osborne, as well as at several of our local partners: Jardins St-Léons, Vic’s Market, and Vita Health stores across Winnipeg and more to come soon. 

What makes our cream cheese truly special is the tradition behind it. Joseph Chaeban, our founder and a second-generation cheesemaker, grew up surrounded by the art of cheese making. His father, Daham, learned the craft in Germany and Switzerland, passing on his expertise and passion to Joseph. From a young age, Joseph was captivated by the entire process—from the careful planning to the meticulous crafting of each wheel of cheese.

When the Chaeban family moved to Canada, Joseph’s father continued to make cheese at home, keeping the tradition alive. Joseph eventually pursued formal training in dairy science, further honing his skills and deepening his love for creating artisanal cheese. This deep-rooted passion, combined with the highest quality ingredients, is what sets Chaeban Artisan apart.

In addition to our new cream cheese, we’re proud to offer a range of other artisanal products, each crafted with the same dedication and love. From our smooth Labneh, a Lebanese-style cream cheese, to our soft and firm Feta, every item in our lineup reflects the heritage and expertise that Joseph brings to Chaeban Artisan.
